Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the building materials industry. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and proven experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market surveys to identify new projects, clients, and products

• Explore new products, alternatives, and develop client opportunities

• Directly interface with clients and consultants to present company offerings

• Prepare presentations, product documents, and supporting materials before visits

• Promote products and ensure the company is shortlisted by clients and consultants

• Follow up on client inquiries, monitor competitor activity, and secure project awards

• Submit quotations on time with appropriate payment terms

• Handle documentation: acknowledgment/regret letters, LPOs, delivery orders, and invoices

• Track receivables and follow up on timely collections

• Maintain accurate and timely reports on site visits, project stages, tenders, and secured jobs

• Contribute to the creation of the company’s annual sales plan

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UAE experience in building materials sales

• Fluent in English (mandatory), with additional proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Hindi

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills

• Strong personality and ability to work under pressure

• Valid UAE driving license

• Must be available immediately
