TASC Outsourcing is seeking a qualified and hands-on Technician (Installations & Operations) to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a 6-month contract position (extendable based on performance and project availability) focused on supporting installation and commissioning projects involving fire alarm systems, CCTV installations, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have 2.5 to 4 years of relevant experience and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and control systems at various client sites.

Ensure installations comply with manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Diagnose faults and carry out corrective maintenance as needed.

Assist in system commissioning and provide operational support during project handovers.

Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, repairs, and inspections.

Coordinate with project supervisors and site engineers for smooth execution.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

2.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, CCTV, or control engineering roles.

ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Proficient in low voltage systems including fire alarms and CCTV.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manuals.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Additional Information:

This role is site-based, involving physical activity and occasional exposure to outdoor or high-temperature environments.

Candidates must be flexible to work rotational 24-hour shifts with 6 working days per week (8 hours per day).

Salary range: AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month.

Contract duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension based on performance and project availability.
