The Hostess plays a key role in shaping the guest’s first impression. This position requires a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing memorable hospitality. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience from high-end or fine dining venues and exhibit a strong commitment to professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated tables.

• Manage the restaurant’s reservation and seating system.

• Organize the waiting list during peak hours and coordinate table turnover.

• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.

• Monitor guest flow and provide real-time updates to the floor team.

• Support waitstaff and management in delivering seamless service.

• Assist with event-related duties, including table arrangements and coordination.

• Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of the hostess desk and entrance area.

• Resolve guest concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

• Attend team briefings and participate in maintaining open communication.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hostess or guest-facing role, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

• Proficient in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer skills; experience with restaurant POS or reservation systems is preferred.

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a guest-first attitude.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-paced environment.
