Mediclinic Group, a leading private healthcare services provider in the UAE, is seeking an Emirati Patient Administrator to join their Dubai Mall branch. This full-time, on-site role is designed for individuals with a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration who are passionate about improving patient care experiences.
As a Patient Administrator, you will play a key role in managing patient appointments, insurance processes, billing, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently and professionally.

Handle medical insurance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes.

Perform billing and cash-up procedures in a timely and compliant manner.

Consistently deliver excellent patient service to enhance overall satisfaction.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hospital information systems and emergency codes.

Assist patients with queries and act as a point of coordination between departments when needed.
Qualifications:

Education:
-
Essential: Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)

Desired: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience:

Essential: 2–3 years in a customer service role (preferably within the healthcare sector)

Desired: Experience in a contact center or hospital environment

Skills Required:

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office

Knowledge of hospital information systems and CRM platforms

Understanding of medical insurance terminology and processes
-
Fluency in medical terminology and basic procedures

Accurate billing and scheduling abilities
-
Good numerical literacy and communication skills
