DAMAC Digital, a global leader in digital infrastructure and a subsidiary of the renowned DAMAC Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for data center roles across the APAC region. Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep experience hiring for technical and operational roles within the data center or construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both hiring managers and candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates for roles such as engineers, technicians, and operations professionals in the data center industry.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Hiring Strategy: Partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain a high-touch experience with candidates, offering timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies within the APAC region.

Employer Branding: Represent DAMAC Digital’s culture and values to prospective talent, contributing to building a strong and attractive employer brand globally.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the data center, digital infrastructure, or construction sectors.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.

Proven track record in managing multiple roles and working effectively under pressure.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
