ABS YAPI Middle East, a rapidly growing engineering and construction company based in the UAE, is looking to hire a skilled and motivated Draftsman to join its Dubai team. We are seeking candidates currently residing and working in the UAE, who can adapt quickly, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and support our technical documentation processes. If you’re ready to grow with a compact, high-performing team, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and revise engineering and architectural drawings according to project requirements.

• Contribute actively to the drawing processes of ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project standards.

• Coordinate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other team members.

• Maintain organized technical documentation and ensure timely updates.

• Occasionally travel to client sites or other ABS office locations as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates currently residing and working in the UAE (required).

• Young and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for design and detail.

• Proven experience as a Draftsman with relevant project exposure.

• Ability to adapt to recurring project workflows and established design standards.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations or offices within the UAE.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
