A confidential HVAC company based in Dubai is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk Assistant to Logistics to provide essential administrative and data entry support within their Logistics Department. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who excel at maintaining accurate shipment records and assisting with logistics documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input logistics and shipment data into Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office documents.

  • Update and maintain records related to incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Assist in preparing shipping and delivery documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and courier records.

  • Track shipment statuses through courier websites and maintain updated logs.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team members to verify and reconcile data.

  • File and organize both physical and digital records for efficient retrieval.

  • Support administrative tasks including printing, scanning, and emailing documents.

  • Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in records.

  • Handle any additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; additional training in administration or logistics is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably within logistics or supply chain.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Must hold own visa, preferably a Husband Visa or similar.
