Infor, a global leader in industry-specific business cloud software, is offering an exciting internship opportunity in Dubai for a motivated, tech-savvy Solution Consultant Intern to join their Pre-Sales team. This internship provides hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business consulting, supporting the newly established Innovation Center of Competence in partnership with Zahid Group.

As an intern, you will learn to understand and pitch the Infor Velocity Suite, assist with customer onboarding, and collaborate with senior consultants to prepare demos and engage with clients. This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise software, pre-sales processes, and emerging technologies, along with mentorship and professional growth in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the Infor Velocity Suite’s core features and industry relevance.

• Assist with customer onboarding and orientation to the Velocity Suite.

• Develop and deliver product pitches positioning the Velocity Suite as a Value+ solution.

• Gain insight into how Infor’s innovations drive competitive advantages.

• Participate in solution discovery, demo preparation, and customer engagements with senior consultants.

• Support research, documentation, and insights to enhance customer understanding and solution alignment.
