Alsoroor Textile, a creative leader in bespoke décor and textile manufacturing based in Dubai, is currently seeking an Artificial Tree Manufacturing Expert to join their growing production team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly skilled individual with expertise in crafting lifelike artificial trees for both commercial and residential interior design projects.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of direct experience in artificial tree fabrication, including designing, assembling, and arranging high-quality artificial trees using realistic materials and techniques. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and creativity in each project delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🌿 Design and Craftsmanship:
  Create and design visually realistic artificial trees tailored for decorative and functional spaces.

• 🛠 Hands-On Production:
  Fabricate and assemble artificial foliage, trunks, and structural components using industry-standard materials.

• ✅ Quality Control:
  Ensure that each piece meets the company’s standards for realism, durability, and finish.

• 🤝 Collaboration:
  Work closely with the internal design and project teams to improve production methods and innovate new tree concepts.

• 🔧 Process Optimization:
  Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and suggest improvements for workflow and material usage.

• 🪴 Project Execution:
  Arrange and install trees in large pots or decorative containers for client projects or events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artificial tree manufacturing or similar fields.

• Skilled in working with foliage, synthetic tree trunks, structural wire, foam, resins, and support frames.

• Strong sense of craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

• Experience with decor installation is a plus.
