The UAE National – Project Management Internship is an on-site role based in Dubai, designed for graduates with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. The intern will play a key role in organizing and executing a one-week innovation event focused on marketing, sales enablement, packaging, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with suppliers to identify, onboard, and collaborate effectively

• Align strategically with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and R&D teams to set innovation priorities

• Capture, evaluate, and document high-impact ideas through innovation funnel management

• Plan, execute, and track project milestones to ensure successful event delivery

• Summarize event outcomes, prepare impact reports, recommend next steps, and support implementation

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with strong project management capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to innovation within the Food & Beverage sector
