TBM Investments Co. LLC is looking for a professional Customer Service Executive to join their health and wellness team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position requires strong customer-facing experience, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or clinical settings. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a smooth client journey from initial contact to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth

• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently

• Schedule and confirm client appointments using internal systems

• Promote services and packages in support of the sales team

• Maintain an organized and tidy reception/front desk area

• Address client questions and concerns promptly

• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in wellness, aesthetics, or clinical environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
