TBM Investments Co. LLC is looking for a professional Customer Service Executive to join their health and wellness team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position requires strong customer-facing experience, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, or clinical settings. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a smooth client journey from initial contact to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth

Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently

Schedule and confirm client appointments using internal systems

Promote services and packages in support of the sales team

Maintain an organized and tidy reception/front desk area

Address client questions and concerns promptly

Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in wellness, aesthetics, or clinical environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
