Job Summary

UAE Trading is seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry / Administrative Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of recording and maintaining purchase-related data for our retail operations. This is a critical role that requires advanced Excel proficiency, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter buyers’ orders and submit them to suppliers within strict deadlines.

  • Verify supplier documents (Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices) for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.

  • Accurately input and update product information into the inventory system (Retail Pro).

  • Apply data entry procedures and ensure data integrity across platforms.

  • Identify and correct data errors and resolve data incompatibility issues.

  • Generate reports, backup data, and maintain documentation as per company standards.

  • Monitor payment schedules and maintain supplier payment timelines.

  • Handle document scanning, file printing, and ensure confidential data storage.

  • Respond to data-related queries and retrieve necessary information from systems.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or administrative coordination.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory systems like Retail Pro.

  • Strong typing speed, accuracy, and excellent grammar and spelling.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential data securely.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Prior experience with office equipment (printers, scanners).

  • University degree required.

  • Must pass a written and Excel test at the time of the interview.
