DMCC, the world’s most interconnected Free Zone and a leading global commodities trade hub, seeks an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist for a fixed-term contract. This role focuses on managing and enhancing HR technology and business intelligence systems, optimizing HR processes, resolving technical issues, and leading HR tech projects to improve operational efficiency. The specialist will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and support HR strategies.

• Monitor system performance and conduct health checks and testing.

• Analyze HR workflows to identify automation and improvement opportunities.

• Develop detailed requirements and process maps with HR teams.

• Collaborate with IT and HR to implement automation, reducing manual work.

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support the HR team in troubleshooting HR systems issues, coordinating with IT and vendors.

• Maintain data integrity and security through audits and maintenance.

• Lead HR technology projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

• Validate HR data for dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy.

• Act as primary liaison between HR and IT/technology partners, managing test cases and UAT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR technology or HR data analytics.

• Proven experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR tech systems.

• Strong project management and implementation skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and compliance.

• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot complex system issues.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
