Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process.

• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand job briefs and skill requirements.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, ATS, referrals, and Boolean strategies.

• Screen and shortlist candidates for technical and functional roles.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer management.

• Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand skill sets.

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

• Support proposal and bidding teams for public sector RFPs.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS (e.g., Zoho, Greenhouse), Boolean search.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and offer negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of UAE & KSA hiring trends, labor laws, and market salary benchmarks.
