This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to support product launches, manage backend eCommerce tasks, and leverage AI tools for content creation and data analysis in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Store Launch Support

• Prepare product listing templates including titles, descriptions, features, and images for new launches

• Format and verify listing data for platforms like Mirakl, Shopify, and other marketplaces

• Conduct daily QA checks on product listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies

• Use AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize product descriptions

Customer Review Analysis

• Collect and compile customer reviews from various platforms

• Organize feedback data for trend analysis and customer insight reporting

• Utilize AI tools to streamline sentiment analysis and extract feedback themes

Administrative & Customer Support

• Support ad hoc administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and updates

• Respond to basic customer queries and provide support as needed

• Assist with office-related admin duties in the Dubai branch

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Mirakl) preferred

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools

• Experience with data formatting, product content writing, or online marketplaces is a plus

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a bonus

• Existing UAE residency preferred
