Job Summary:
Dautom is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and is currently hiring Senior and Junior IT Talent Acquisition Specialists to join their dynamic Dubai-based office. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for experienced recruiters who are passionate about building tech teams in the Middle East.
Roles Available:

Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (6+ years of relevant experience)
-
Junior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (3+ years of relevant experience)
📌 Note: UAE experience is mandatory. Knowledge of the KSA market is a plus. Immediate or 30-day joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of the IT recruitment lifecycle
-
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job roles and skill requirements
-
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster), ATS, referrals, and Boolean search methods
-
Screen, shortlist, and assess technical and functional profiles
-
Manage client coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
-
Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles such as Salesforce, Project Management, GRC, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.

Track key talent acquisition metrics and meet recruitment SLAs
-
Support RFP responses by aligning CVs with proposal requirements for public sector bids
Candidate Requirements:
Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist:
-
6+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in the UAE
-
Expertise in hiring for Salesforce, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Project Management roles
-
Experience recruiting across sectors such as Banking, Government, Real Estate, and Utilities
-
Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA recruitment laws and compensation trends
-
Familiar with IT consulting and system integration hiring models
-
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Junior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist:
-
3+ years of IT recruitment experience; UAE experience preferred
-
Exposure to hiring in domains like ERP, Business Analysis, eCommerce, and Tech Support
-
Basic understanding of the GCC job market, particularly Saudi Arabia
-
Skilled in screening, job posting, and candidate communication
-
Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to a performance-driven culture
