Job Summary
Louis Vuitton Middle East is looking for a passionate and driven Communication Intern to support its regional communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in fashion communications and luxury brand operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Showroom Management
-
Receive and organize new sample deliveries for the PR showroom.

Maintain an orderly and up-to-date sample inventory for editorial and influencer usage.
2. Sample Requests
-
Manage and track outgoing sample requests for photoshoots, magazines, and digital publications.

Coordinate timely returns and updates on sample availability.
3. PR & Media Reporting
-
Compile weekly media reports capturing press coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms.

Ensure consistent documentation and organization of PR clippings and media exposure.
4. Product Placement Tracking
-
Monitor and report on influencer and VIP gifting activities.

Create product placement reports with visuals and engagement insights.
5. Competitor Benchmarking

Research and develop ad hoc reports analyzing luxury competitors’ campaigns, events, and placements.

Support the team with market intelligence and trend tracking.
Candidate Profile
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude
-
Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-
Curious, proactive, and passionate about fashion, styling, and culture

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Management
-
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
