Job Title: Flight Operations Supervisor
Location: DUBAI
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose
To oversee the daily operations of Flight Operations, ensuring efficient catering services, seamless coordination with internal teams and airline clients, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality service while upholding EKFC’s operational excellence and occupational health & safety policies.
Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Support

Lead and guide the team by providing training, motivation, and feedback to achieve operational goals efficiently.

Client Coordination
-
Act as the key liaison with airline representatives to confirm catering uplifts, passenger figures, and special requests.

Order Management
-
Prepare and distribute accurate catering order forms to relevant internal departments.

Load/Offload Oversight
-
Ensure adherence to airline and security protocols during loading and offloading procedures.
-

Quality Assurance
-
Conduct spot checks on operations and ramp activities to ensure quality standards and on-time service delivery.

Documentation & Reporting
-
Review checklists and reports for accuracy and completion; forward finalized documentation to Accounts.

Service Excellence
-
Ensure customers receive high-quality service through cost-effective resource use and operational efficiency.

Incident Management
-
Take prompt corrective actions based on incident investigations and ensure timely escalation.

Health & Safety Compliance
-
Promote and implement safe working practices as per EKFC’s Occupational Health and Safety policy.

Regulatory Compliance
-
Ensure full adherence to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and all relevant aviation and food safety regulations.

Resource Allocation & Shift Management

Monitor daily resource deployment, conduct briefings, and ensure effective shift handovers.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education:
-
Diploma or equivalent qualification (Mandatory)
-
Certifications in Six Sigma, Logistics, or Supply Chain (Preferred)

Work Experience:
-
5+ years in flight operations, food packing, or logistics (preferably in airline catering or food service industry)
-
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (Preferred)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems

Report generation and document handling

Ability to prioritize tasks and lead a team effectively
