Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases in the UAE. You’ll support daily administrative operations and help ensure smooth internal processes in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage team calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reporting.

Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Support internal communications and assist with event planning.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage general communications.

Track commercial meeting action items and record meeting minutes.

Submit Purchase Orders and monitor inventory of office supplies.

Assist with onboarding new hires and support general HR functions.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
-
2–3 years of administrative or office support experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Arabic-speaking preferred (not mandatory).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
