Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of property consultants to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Strategically drive sales efforts for off-plan properties, aligning with current market trends and client needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and provide regular training, coaching, and support to team members

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay informed and competitive

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire property sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a strong focus on off-plan properties

• In-depth knowledge of UAE property market trends and developer portfolios

• Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills

• Indian nationality is required for this position

• Proven leadership abilities and team management experience

• A valid UAE driving license is a plus
