Job Overview:

Guildhall is proud to partner with a leading real estate and construction development company in Dubai, currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS professional to contribute to prestigious residential and commercial developments across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Conduct on-site inspections to track progress and validate completed work

• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiations

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and implement effective cost control measures

• Review interim payment applications and manage contract variations

• Deliver clear, structured cost reports and updates to senior stakeholders

• Maintain project cost documentation and support value engineering initiatives

• Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and procurement for cost-effective execution

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying

• 3–5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC in a Quantity Surveyor role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and BOQ preparation software

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, contract laws, and cost estimation methods

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure

• Open to all nationalities
