Lead Financial Transformation for a Global Hospitality Brand

RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a high-profile multi-brand hospitality group with operations across the UAE, KSA, France, and the UK. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a senior finance professional with a strong background in the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.

The CFO will be responsible for directing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving growth initiatives, including potential M&A opportunities and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial planning and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.

• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting.

• Manage capital structure, funding, and cash flow while evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports to guide strategic decision-making.

• Drive operational efficiency in partnership with commercial, procurement, and operations teams.

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team across multiple regions.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, aged 40 years and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA (preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality, F&B, or retail

• Expertise in financial planning, P&L management, budgeting, tax compliance, and audits

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
