As a Capital Markets Intern, you will work closely with ARC’s dynamic Capital Markets team to support the origination and execution of various investment banking transactions. These include IPOs, SPAC IPOs, deSPAC transactions, follow-on offerings, reverse mergers, and other post-listing public company advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client engagements by conducting financial and strategic analysis
• Participate in the preparation of project proposals, presentation decks, and required documentation
• Generate leads and identify potential strategic partners
• Conduct due diligence and industry research to assess market opportunities
• Support the transaction process from Letter of Intent (LOI) to deal closure
• Attend client meetings and contribute to negotiation processes
• Monitor regulatory developments in capital markets, particularly in cross-border and US markets
• Build and maintain a strong network with stakeholders and industry partners

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong academic background; professional certifications (CPA, CPV, CFA) are a plus
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or accounting at a reputable institution
• In-depth understanding of corporate finance, including valuation and pricing techniques such as DCF and comparable company analysis
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic) is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3–6 months (full-time only)
• Location: On-site in Dubai, UAE
