Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Admin Assistant (UAE National) to support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) commercial team at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional departments including Sales, Market Access, Commercial Execution, and Global Accounts with a variety of business and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process team expense reports and assist with administrative financial activities.

  • Support the CRM system (e.g., SFDC) for accurate data management and sales pipeline tracking.

  • Coordinate the implementation of Commercial Execution (ComEx) initiatives with regional teams.

  • Help in preparing events, including logistics and documentation.

  • Conduct market and competitive research, and summarize insights for strategic planning.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing performance reports.

  • Assist in deploying sales and marketing tactics and promotional campaigns.

  • Contribute to data quality improvement and internal process efficiency.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in admin or business support roles.

  • UAE National (Mandatory Requirement)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)

  • Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce/others) is advantageous

  • Familiarity with marketing or sales analytics is a plus
