This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to prospective families. The Admissions Officer will play a key role in managing the admissions journey, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of the admissions journey using CRM and ISAMS systems
• Manage the appointment diary and coordinate admissions assessments
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours of the school for prospective families
• Assist families with applications and provide feedback throughout the process
• Liaise with academic and inclusion departments to support SEND applicants
• Support the Director of Admissions in achieving recruitment targets
• Report on KPIs and assist with promotional activities
• Represent the school with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Evaluate assessment results and contribute to admissions decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions or education administration
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and IBDP
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ISAMS
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Understanding of safeguarding, assessment data, and cultural sensitivity
• Open, approachable, and diplomatic demeanor
