EFG Vision, the media division of Enterprise of the Future Generation (EFG), is seeking a charismatic and articulate Podcast Host to lead its flagship Vision Podcast series. Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to engage with global thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts in conversations that spotlight Africa’s economic evolution and global business trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and moderate insightful podcast episodes featuring high-profile guests.
• Conduct thorough research to develop compelling discussion topics.
• Collaborate with the production team on scripting, guest coordination, and content planning.
• Maintain a professional tone and ensure alignment with Vision Podcast’s brand and mission.
• Participate in promotional recordings and support media campaigns.
• Stay informed on business trends in Africa, the UAE, and global markets.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional spoken English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Prior experience as a podcast host, presenter, journalist, or media professional preferred.
• Strong interest or background in business, entrepreneurship, or consulting.
• Comfortable with both scripted and unscripted formats.
• Familiarity with podcast production tools and remote recording platforms.
