Job Summary

Join the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) as a Data Scientist, where you will collaborate with global experts to help top organizations across sectors design and implement AI solutions. You’ll work on cutting-edge generative AI projects, research new models, and help customers unlock business transformation through AI.

As an Emirati early-career professional, you will participate in the A2C (Associate to Consultant) program, gaining intensive training on AWS technologies and delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop state-of-the-art generative AI models to solve real-world business challenges

• Collaborate with engineers, solution architects, and customers to scope, design, and deploy AI-powered solutions

• Work directly with clients to translate business needs into AI applications using LLMs and other generative models

• Provide technical briefings, documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and sample code

• Contribute customer feedback to help shape future AWS product direction

• Follow responsible AI practices and promote scalable, ethical AI adoption

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models

• Understanding of neural networks, optimization, NLP, data mining, or distributed computing

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or MXNet

• Experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models)

• Familiarity with AWS tools and platform features

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
