Job Summary

Amentum, a global leader in mission-critical operations and national security, is hiring Escort/Monitor (E/M) personnel for a pending contract award in the Middle East. The E/M will provide escort and monitoring services on US military installations, ensuring compliance with security, operational, and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort and monitor subcontractors and non-cleared personnel across the installation.

• Perform head counts, maintain line-of-sight supervision, and ensure unauthorized items are not brought into secure areas.

• Post safety signage, secure worksites post-completion, and report any incidents or discrepancies.

• Support inspections of materials entering secured zones and assist in randomized procurement checks.

• Ensure all documentation and reports are completed in line with US, international, and PWS standards.

• Maintain safety, procedural, and quality compliance at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in escorting, security monitoring, or similar roles—preferably on a US military installation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

• Experience in OCONUS (Outside Continental U.S.) austere environments with multinational teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing detailed reports.

• Able to pass contract-specific medical checks and meet deployment standards.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with military procedures, Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM), or Air Force operational requirements.

• Knowledge of incident reporting, procurement checks, and safety management protocols.

Working Conditions

• Must be willing to work in austere, high-temperature environments with physical requirements, including heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs), outdoor activity, and PPE usage.
