Job Title: Legal Research Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Legal Research Analyst to support our legal department with in-depth research, document analysis, and regulatory monitoring across various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should possess multilingual capabilities, legal knowledge, and the ability to manage complex documentation and international communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis across federal, local, and international jurisdictions

• Track and report legal developments, regulatory changes, and court updates

• Assist in case preparation, compliance reviews, and document analysis

• Liaise with international clients and legal authorities as required

• Maintain organized legal databases and case files for ongoing reference

• Handle federal and local court procedures including request submissions and execution tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal research, compliance, or legal support

• Proficiency in one of the following languages: Russian, Chinese, or Persian

• Fluent in English or Arabic (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical thinking and computer literacy

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage strict deadlines

• Familiarity with UAE federal and local court systems is a plus
