Job Title: Head of Fashion Design 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Fashion Design to lead the creative direction of a premium women’s fashion brand based in Dubai, UAE. If you’re passionate about translating fashion trends into elegant and modern collections, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of a leading retail label within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Fashion Design team to conceptualize seasonal themes, mood boards, and design inspirations for new collections

• Manage the full design process from initial concept to final styling and execution

• Develop fashion collections consisting of 30–50 options per season based on agreed color palettes, mood boards, and fabrics

• Oversee sample line development for photoshoots, exhibitions, and look books

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the fashion design team

• Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s vision, market trends, and customer expectations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to European & American nationals, aged 40 and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion design, particularly within export-oriented environments

• Proven expertise in fashion collection development from planning to execution

• Strong understanding of fashion merchandising is a plus

• Ability to lead a team, provide mentorship, and inspire creativity

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
