Job Title: Warehouse Helper 

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Helper to support our logistics and distribution operations. In this essential role, you will help ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Your efforts will directly impact the smooth flow of inventory and the success of daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Assist with stock counting and inventory replenishment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain high productivity

• Report shipment discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and contribute more effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Team-oriented with good communication skills in English

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (basic level)

• Flexible to work different shifts as needed

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Skills Required:

• Proficient in operating warehouse tools/equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations
