Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Executive with a solid background in B2B sales and a strong focus on commercial, industrial, or shop laundry equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in solution-based selling and technical client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the commercial, industrial, and shop laundry sectors

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to leads, inquiries, and tenders

Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend the best-fit laundry equipment solutions

Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sales proposals
-
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
-
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies
-
Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, showcasing professionalism and product knowledge
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling commercial or industrial equipment; laundry equipment experience is a strong advantage

Valid UAE driving license is required

Deep understanding of commercial laundry processes and equipment functionality

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and technical presentation

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus

Strategic problem-solving ability, capable of aligning customer needs with product capabilities
