Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager 

Job Description:

Are you a high-performing logistics expert with a strong network in the oil & gas sector? We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead our newly launched freight-focused venture specializing in sea freight logistics for petroleum and chemical cargo. This is a strategic role with direct access to the founding team and the opportunity to build and scale a logistics division from the ground up.

You will drive operations, expand our client network, and shape the future of logistics in the energy and fuel trading sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage oil & gas logistics operations with a focus on sea freight (bulk petroleum & chemical cargo)

• Leverage your existing client portfolio (fuel traders, energy firms, shipping clients) to scale business development

• Oversee vessel leasing, chartering, port operations, and ensure compliance with international shipping standards

• Build partnerships across major shipping regions – UAE, GCC, India, Africa, China

• Drive commercial growth through strategic planning and operational excellence

• Collaborate closely with the founders to shape logistics strategies, processes, and expansion plans

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience in oil & gas logistics (marine freight, petroleum, or chemical transport)

• Strong existing client relationships in fuel trading and maritime shipping

• Expertise in vessel chartering, leasing, port operations, and compliance

• In-depth knowledge of shipping routes and logistics in the UAE, GCC, India, Africa, or China

• Based in the UAE or open to relocating

• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially driven, and capable of scaling operations quickly
