Job Title: Real Estate Investment Advisor 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Real Estate Investment Advisor specializing in off-plan properties to join our dynamic team. If you have a deep understanding of the Dubai property market and a passion for helping clients make informed investment decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Relationship Management

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client’s investment goals and lifestyle preferences

• Build long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups, property updates, and market trends

• Provide personalized property recommendations tailored to individual client needs

2. Off-Plan Property Expertise

• Stay informed on all current and upcoming off-plan projects from top developers in Dubai (Emaar, Nakheel, Ellington, Sobha, etc.)

• Explain project details including payment plans, master plans, layouts, and ROI expectations

• Guide clients through legal procedures and documentation (SPAs, DLD regulations, and compliance requirements)

3. Sales & Negotiation

• Present and promote project offerings during meetings, virtual tours, or calls

• Negotiate effectively with developers to secure the best prices, terms, and units for clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-driven, professional, and client-focused mindset

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, market trends, and investment potential
