Expleo Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-impact Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives and an AML Application Replacement project within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. This on-site role in Dubai involves full project ownership, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of GRC frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities:
– Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop and manage project plans.
– Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to GRC and AML initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
– Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
– Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
– Maintain accurate documentation including reports, plans, and meeting minutes.
– Lead and support project teams, fostering a culture of accountability.
– Continuously improve GRC processes and frameworks.
– Develop and deliver training programs to promote compliance awareness.
Requirements:
– Education: UG or PG in a relevant field.
– Experience: 15+ years in IT project management, with a focus on GRC and BFS.
– Essential Skills:
