Job Title: Tourism Operations & Product Development Intern 

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns or fresh graduates based in Dubai to support our tourism operations and product development team. This is a great opportunity for students or young professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry and help enhance travel experiences across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building connections with local Dubai travel providers such as attractions, hotels, transport companies, and experience providers

• Support tour itinerary planning, price negotiations, and maintaining long-term partnerships

• Contribute to the creation of specialized tourism products and services tailored for different markets

• Help handle customer needs and emergencies to ensure smooth and satisfying experiences for travelers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism Management, Marketing, International Business, or related fields (based in Dubai)

• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese

• Cross-cultural understanding and interpersonal communication abilities

• Familiarity with tourism resources in Dubai and the Middle East; prior local living experience is a plus

• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and a strong team player
