Job Title: HR & Administrative Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support daily human resource functions and facilitate cross-cultural communication within our team. The ideal candidate will assist in employee management, recruitment, training coordination, and serve as a key liaison between Chinese and Albanian staff. If you’re organized, culturally aware, and fluent in both English and Chinese, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and document management

  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and training coordination for new hires

  • Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese and Albanian employees, promoting a positive work culture

  • Coordinate with headquarters or China-based teams for HR alignment and staffing support

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Understanding of Middle Eastern culture is a plus

  • Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail
