Job Title: Female Swim Instructor 

Job Description:

We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and certified female swim instructors to deliver high-quality individual swimming lessons to infants and young children (ages 0–7) in Mirdif, Marina, and Downtown Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators who love working with young children and want to make a positive impact through early swim education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual swimming sessions for infants and preschool-aged children

• Build strong connections with both children and their parents

• Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment

• Promote swim programs and contribute to client retention through excellent service

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in English (Pre-Intermediate or above); Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus

• Must have or be willing to obtain the following certifications:

  • STA Baby & Pre-School Teacher

  • STA Pool Lifeguard with CPR & First Aid

• Understanding of early childhood swimming techniques and basic child physiology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain services and maintain long-term client relationships

• A true passion for working with babies and young children
