About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing premium women’s fashion brand based in Dubai, renowned for its elegant, timeless dresses and commitment to in-house craftsmanship. As the brand expands its online and retail presence, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end daily operations—from sourcing and production to inventory and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast customer demand and contribute to product assortment planning.

• Source high-quality fabrics and materials from local and global suppliers.

• Monitor production timelines and ensure quality control standards are met.

• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the e-commerce team.

• Support the development and accuracy of product sizing charts.

• Manage packaging and timely dispatch of customer orders.

• Coordinate with local and international logistics partners.

• Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; conversational English is sufficient (training provided).

• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is essential (management experience preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset suited to a dynamic start-up environment.
