Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead all marketing initiatives, manage brand visibility, and drive guest engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury hospitality marketing, with a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

  • Manage content creation, social media presence, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.

  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies to boost brand exposure.

  • Maintain and evolve the brand voice and visual identity in all communications.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems; report ROI and optimize accordingly.

  • Oversee marketing budgets, content calendars, and promotional activities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to align messaging and campaigns.

  • Lead creative projects and ensure all brand assets are aligned with the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within a 5-star hotel, preferably in the UAE.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality branding, media outreach, and online marketing strategies.

  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and adaptable, with exceptional multitasking abilities.

  • A proactive, hands-on team player with great communication and project management skills.
