Sales Engineer


Mensha Energy Solutions is a leading provider of sustainable energy and EV infrastructure solutions in the UAE. The company is seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in EV charging, green energy, sustainable energy, or electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will generate project leads, prepare technical-commercial offers, and engage in discussions with consultants and contractors to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate project leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Prepare and review techno-commercial offers in coordination with the sales support team.
- Conduct technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
- Register the company with relevant entities and promote awareness of EV and green energy technologies.
- Perform value engineering studies based on client budget constraints.
- Price electrical systems and prepare pre-qualification documents.
- Develop material submittals aligned with project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal operations for site evaluations and contractor quotations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and present EV charging solutions at events.
- Establish and manage client accounts and organize sales call schedules.
- Analyze and report on sales trends and engineering applications.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales and project progress reports.
- Collaborate with the team to address technical-commercial issues and share market insights.
Skills Required:
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in EV charging, green energy, sustainable energy, or electrical equipment sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and pricing proposals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in value engineering and solution-based selling.
