TeleSales – Real Estate


Dugasta Properties is a leading real estate developer in Dubai, specializing in modern and sustainable residential and commercial properties. The company is seeking a TeleSales Representative to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM data while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.
- Conduct at least 15 quality conversations with prospective clients daily.
- Perform 5 follow-up calls for pipeline nurturing.
- Secure 1–2 confirmed prospect bookings/meetings daily.
- Capture a minimum of 25 interested leads weekly.
- Confirm at least 10 site visits from follow-ups weekly.
- Hand over 3–5 high-potential prospects to the sales team weekly.
- Adhere to call opening and closing scripts.
- Update CRM data on the same day.
- Handle objections effectively and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- Maintain discipline in reporting and punctuality.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain quality interactions.
- Experience in real estate sales or telesales is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
