Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for various projects.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure BIM standards are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design modifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate across different disciplines.
• Manage BIM data and workflow for seamless project delivery.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in BIM Modeling tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in conducting clash detection and BIM coordination.
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP BIM Modeling standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage BIM data and workflow efficiently.
• Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM scripting and automation tools.
