Hays PLC is seeking a Manager – Excellence Programs to support the Head of Government Excellence in managing and coordinating key projects under government excellence programs and internal audit functions. This contract-based role (5 months) involves award submissions, internal assessments, mock evaluations, and performance tracking across various excellence categories.

Responsibilities:
Excellence Assessment Support (20%)

• Coordinate mock assessments across categories like Elite, Innovation, Emiratization, and Future Readiness
• Prepare feedback reports and follow-up actions
• Ensure alignment with government excellence frameworks

Performance Data & Dashboard Management (20%)

• Collect and analyze performance data using dashboards and KPIs
• Identify trends and improvement areas
• Maintain accurate and timely data for strategic reporting

Presentation & Communication Oversight (20%)

• Develop executive presentations and reports
• Support teams in preparing for reviews and excellence-related sessions
• Ensure materials align with strategic messaging and branding

Audit & Compliance Coordination (20%)

• Support internal audit and compliance activities
• Improve reporting structures and documentation practices
• Promote audit readiness and continuous improvement

Category-Specific Excellence Management (20%)

• Manage initiatives and assessments for categories like People of Determination and Joint Services
• Prepare documentation for awards and recognition programs

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality, or related fields
• EFQM Assessor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications
• 5–7 years of experience in government or excellence-focused roles
• Strong knowledge of excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM, DGE)
• Experience in internal audits and mock assessments
• Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with aviation sector operations is a plus
