A dynamic holding company managing multiple leading hotel brands across MENA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and drive strategic expansion. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, compliance, and profitability across a multi-brand hospitality portfolio, acting as a key business partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Financial Planning:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across hotel assets

Financial Operations & Control:

• Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, audit, and internal controls
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Implement financial systems and processes for a growing multi-entity structure
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders

Franchise & Hospitality Focus:

• Provide financial oversight of franchise/management agreements
• Collaborate with operations and development teams to assess new franchise opportunities
• Analyze property-level performance and drive profitability

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/ACA/CMA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within hospitality
• Familiarity with hotel franchise/management agreements
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and MENA tax regulations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
