Marriott International’s Bvlgari Resort Dubai is seeking a Kids Club Agent to contribute to the youth program’s goal of providing fun, educational, and caring services to children in a warm and welcoming environment. This full-time, on-site role requires engaging with children and parents, organizing activities, maintaining facilities, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment for children and parents utilizing child activity services
• Organize daily activities including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and songs
• Promote and assist in youth program registrations
• Maintain clean and well-kept facilities and equipment
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management
• Follow company policies regarding safety, appearance, and professionalism
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, including assisting individuals with disabilities
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and operational standards

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• CPR certification and First Aid training
• Ability to work with youth recreation equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professionalism and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, bend, and move up to 25 pounds
• No prior work or supervisory experience required
