This full-time role requires setting and implementing sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and maximizing sales performance through strategic initiatives. The candidate will work closely with teams to develop strategies and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Set and implement sales targets
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources effectively
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
• Conduct market research and share insights with the team
• Provide product demonstrations for staff and clients
• Represent the company with a deep knowledge of its offerings
• Maximize sales performance through strong client relationships
• Conduct research on markets and competitors
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company products and consumer needs
• Utilize Salesforce tools to standardize the sales process

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare (Mitraclip experience is a plus)
• Understanding of SH (or similar) product lines and market dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Customer- and results-oriented mindset
