American Hospital Dubai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Physicians to manage all aspects of physician recruitment. This full-time, on-site role involves advertising, screening, sourcing, and coordinating interviews to ensure the selection of the right candidates. The specialist will conduct relevant assessments and stay updated on departmental staffing plans while maintaining efficient hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise regularly with department directors and heads to understand recruitment needs
• Handle recruitment for physician roles, sourcing CVs for budgeted positions
• Manage job postings across internal websites, LinkedIn, and registered job portals
• Screen CVs based on Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and American Hospital Dubai (AHD) standards
• Conduct initial applicant screening via cold calling and reference checking
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with relevant departments
• Send interview reminders to candidates and department heads
• Participate in staff selection and interview processes
• Ensure recruitment requests are raised in the system and that interview sheets are completed
• Prepare job offer documents, update records, and clarify candidate queries
• Assist new hires with pre-employment medicals and DHA process requirements
• Hand over complete candidate files to the onboarding team
• Provide justification for challenging-to-fill vacancies and salary deviations
• Follow up on documentation and address candidate concerns
• Provide HR training department with new joiner lists for orientation enrollment
• Submit monthly reports to the CHRO, identifying areas of concern
• Ensure recruitment timelines align with industry benchmarks

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital recruitment experience
• Preferably possesses Middle Eastern recruitment experience
