Axiom Mark Intellectual Property is seeking a highly experienced Intellectual Property Consultant to manage all aspects of IP transactions for large client portfolios. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract international clients and associates. This role requires deep expertise in handling routine IP matters, litigation-related documents, product reviews, and IP insights on creative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of IP transactions for client portfolios
• Provide professional networking and client acquisition services
• Offer consultancy services for IP-related legal matters
• Advise and correspond with in-house and international clients
• Prepare and manage proposals, prosecution, and maintenance of applications
• Draft and review litigation, infringement, cancellation, and opposition-related documents
• Analyze watch notices and search reports
• Assess products and marketing materials for IP concerns and provide insights
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and presentations on IP-related topics
• Lead and develop a well-trained, efficient legal team
• Assist with IP administrative tasks and procedures as required

Skills Required:

• Graduate degree (preferably in Law)
• 10–15 years of experience in IP consulting and transactions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong verbal and written proficiency with excellent vocabulary
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Professional, presentable, and adaptable personality
• Willingness to travel on short notice
