Progwin Group is seeking a talented and proactive Digital Content & Branding Coordinator to enhance its digital presence and maintain brand consistency. This part-time hybrid role offers autonomy within structured expectations, working directly with senior management to shape external and internal communications.
Responsibilities:
External Communications:
- Manage and maintain LinkedIn presence with engaging and well-written posts
- Update the news section on the company website as needed
- Attend key events or meetings to gather content when necessary
Internal Brand and Design:
- Format internal documents, presentations, and reports according to company visual guidelines
- Ensure consistent brand element usage across all materials
Content Creation and Visual Execution:
- Design professional graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a strong advantage
- Basic video editing skills are beneficial but not mandatory
Reporting and Improvement:
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics
- Provide monthly insights and content suggestions
Skills Required:
- Strong writing and visual design capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting timelines
- Proactive, independent time management skills
- Attention to clarity, structure, and balanced execution
- Relevant experience or coursework, no specific degree required
- Based in Dubai with availability for occasional in-person work

Location & Compensation:
- Dubai (Hybrid, approx. 20 hours per week)
- Compensation: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio
